Committee Advances Rezoning for Proposed 44-Unit Multifamily Development

A proposed 44-unit multifamily housing project advanced after the Essential Service Committee approved JM Property Groups’ request to rezone the site from Agricultural to Residential Multi-Family. The development would include two three-story apartment buildings and a clubhouse, with units aimed at households earning 50% to 80% of area median income. Planning issues, including parking, utilities, drainage and emergency access, were also discussed.
